Childlike wonder, imagination, the things we've lost in our journey becoming adults.

Michele Joy Stine's 'Always, Sometimes, Maybe' tells the story of a clown-adjacent janitor who loves trash. They love to make art out of trash and find it wherever they can.

Some characters talk, others just move, but you feel for each and Stine gives them such depth in a short amount of time that you truly empathize with them.

The last quarter of the play is discussing the unwritten rules of friendship to help Stine's character, Lou, make a friend and makeup with other friends.

The room becomes filled with such a love and care for Lou and the characters that you feel a collective goosebumps.

I haven't watched Ms. Rachel before, but she needs to step aside! Lou is here!

Find that childlike wonder again.
