The Pink List - Review

An absolutely brilliant premise of showcasing the appalling treatment of homosexuals not only during WWII, but after, brought down by huge issues with tone and cheesy musical numbers.
I really wanted to like this show, but the poster is unbelievably misleading. The show itself feels Disney musical-esque mixed with South Park parody, yet the production is 100% serious and not parody.
The only reason for a 2 rather than a 1 is the songs themselves had some catchy moments that were enjoyable and the singer no doubt had a good voice. Additionally at the end they have a handwritten Pink List which I found smart.
Otherwise, a complete miss.
